Building on ME305A, the main objective of the course is to apply the basic knowledge to understanding of advanced computational techniques for modern CFD applications at high fidelity and versatility. OpenFOAM, a widely adopted community CFD code, will be used as a main framework to implement and experiment fundamental principles in various problems relevant for engineering applications.
